Shipping and Processing Time
We process and ship orders from our New York studio Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days. By Aris products are all handcrafted in our studio. Processing time may depend on product availability. Custom orders processing time also may take longer and these details can be found on the product page. You will be charged at the time order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping and Handling
We offer free shipping over $100 on all US orders. Other carrier offers (UPS Ground, UPS Air, DHL) are also available with their fee on the shipping information page. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs always ship via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to make sure you love all of your new jewels as much as we do, but if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer 14 -day returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This policy excludes all sale merchandise. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.

Duties and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that there may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these.
