I'm Aris and I design and craft my jewelry in my studio in NY.

Materials:
I work with Brass, Bronze and copper
I use only Authentic crystals

Plating: Gold: 18k electroplated gold Silver: Plated with pure silver and Oxidized to give an antique look. After the plating process we apply a clear protective coating ( lacquer ) to help the jewelry to maintain the color and prevent tarnishing. Color Guide: Some of the crystal colors are not available on the product page. If you like to customize please check the CRYSTAL COLOR GUIDE. At the checkout there’s a Note section. Please don’t forget to write your Color choice and finish. Allergy information: hypoallergenic, nickel-free.

Here are some tips to extend the life of the jewelry: Maintain the jewelry's beautiful luster by avoiding contact with lotion, perfume, make-up or any harsh cleaning products. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising To clean or polish, use a soft, dry cloth to gently remove any debris. Store your jewelry in the pouch or box included with your purchase

PLEASE NOTE that all my jewelry is handmade and you may observe variations in sizing and designs. If the item is out of stock, we will let you know how many days we’ll need to make it and ship it. It may take 25 business days. Please shoot me an email for inquiries.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Return Policy

We hope you love your new jewels! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

• Please contact us at jewelrybyaris@gmail.com before sending any return, repair, or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging

• Please print your order confirmation and include it inside your return package

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• If you're returning an item we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming we have received your item. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please:

2. Please print your order confirmation and include it inside your exchange package
